01Who we are

Z&P Software Fast Solutions develops websites, management systems, applications, online stores, chatbots and automations tailored to each business.

02Use of the website

The website is informational: it describes our services, shows a catalog of systems and allows you to book a meeting.

You agree to use it in good faith: not to submit false information or other people's information without their consent, not to attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to its systems, and not to book meetings using automated programs.

We may restrict or block access for anyone who does not comply with these terms.

03Demos, examples and catalog content

The demo projects, screens, figures and metrics we show are examples with fictitious data; they are not results from real clients.

The descriptions of industries, modules and features are for guidance only. What your system includes is set out in writing in your quote and your contract.

04Prices

Published prices are for reference only and may change without prior notice. For Bolivia they are stated in bolivianos; for other countries they are adjusted to the selected country and shown in your currency at a reference exchange rate.

The final price, scope, timelines and payment terms are set in the signed quote and contract. What is published on the website does not, by itself, constitute a binding offer.

Unless the contract states otherwise, 50% is paid on signing and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer or QR.

Monthly fees (hosting, maintenance or modifications) are paid one month in advance and may be canceled with prior notice, as set out in the contract.

Unless the contract states otherwise, costs charged by third parties are not included: domains, developer accounts (for example, Apple's annual fee to publish on its store), WhatsApp or SMS messages, payment gateways and hardware.

05Meetings

Meeting 1 is free and without obligation: booking it does not commit you to hire us.

We confirm each meeting via WhatsApp. If you cannot attend, please let us know in advance so the slot can be released; an unconfirmed slot may be released.

06Engagement and delivery

Each project is governed by its contract, which prevails over these terms in everything it covers.

Timelines start once we receive the advance payment and the necessary information. If content, access or approvals arrive late, delivery dates shift accordingly.

Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Each system includes 6 months of support from delivery, with the scope set out in the contract.

07Intellectual property

The texts, designs, brand and logos on this website belong to Z&P or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them for commercial purposes without our authorization.

The data you enter into your system always remains yours.

Ownership of, or the license to use, the developed system and its code is defined in the contract. The generic tools, components and modules that Z&P reuses across projects remain the property of Z&P, even when they form part of your system.

08Third-party services

The website links to WhatsApp and other third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

The website and some systems run on external providers, such as Cloudflare. We make reasonable efforts to keep them available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that there will never be interruptions.

09Liability

The website is provided as is. We are not liable for damages caused by its use, for service interruptions or for decisions made solely on the basis of the published information.

Our liability in each project is as set out in its contract.

10Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date of update.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through dialogue; if that is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of La Paz, unless the law provides otherwise.
